Dear Mary Frances and Elizabeth,
You and your loved ones will be in my prayers as you bravely cope with your loss. Your father was one of the finest and kindest people I had the privelege of knowing. I hope your memories bring you strength. With love, Patricia

My deepest sympathies go out to the family and close friends of Mr. Arthur Koeppen. I had him as my biology teacher and he was so kind, intelligent, and funny. He was very dedicated in the classroom and on the ballfield. I am so lucky he was my Teacher!

Wishing sincere condolences to this family. His student in 1968, what a great man. He is so missed and appreciated. What an inspiration he was in my life. Few had as much impact. Peace to all of you.

I was very sorry to learn of Mr. Koeppen's passing. He was my biology teacher in the early 70's @ Cox. He was one of those teachers that you never forget and really appreciate as you get older. God Bless you Mr. Koeppen.

My deepest condolences to Art's family. I taught with Art for many years at Cox High School and have many fond memories of him. The best is when a few of the faculty at Cox attended a Tides game and we were seated down the third base line. A fowl pop up came our way and Art was calling everyone off and yelling "I got it I got it"

My heartfelt sympathy to you and all of your family as you feel the loss of your father. I taught and coached with your dad for many years at Cox. I always appreciated his work ethic and dedication...and his care of all of those plants-even over the summer. I wish for you happy memories and peace. NCF
