Virginia Beach-Arthur F. Koeppen, Jr., of Virginia Beach passed away on July 3, 2010. He was born in San Diego, California to Louise Koeppen and Arthur F. Koeppen, Sr. on August 14, 1933. He is predeceased by his wife, Margaret Mary Koeppen
Arthur was a devoted husband, father and grandfather to his family. He also taught and coached at Cox High School for over 32 years.
He is survived by his daughters, Mary Frances Stepnowski and her husband Steven, Elizabeth and her husband Michael Kalosieh; grandchildren, Conor Stepnowski, Ian Stepnowski, Norah Stepnowski; sister, Rose and her husband Don Underwood; brother, Kenneth and his wife Gaye Koeppen; Aunt Dottie, Uncle Earl; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 9, 2010 from 5:00 pm to 7: 00 pm at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Laskin Rd. Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 on Saturday July 10, 2010 in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
