Virginia Beach - Joyce Marie Arthur, 64, of Virginia Beach, passed away July 4, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Brian H Arthur. She is survived by three sons, William E. Gallop, Jr, Richard R. Gallop, and Christopher J. Arthur and four granddaughters. She was also mom and friend to countless foster children through the years and brightened the lives of everyone she knew. She is loved and will be missed. A Memorial service will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 17, 2010 at H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Laskin Road Chapel.
